Tipping concrete on the Gold Coast costs money twice: disposal fees out, then new aggregate trucked back in. Onsite crushing removes both line items and most of the truck movements with them.

This is a service, not just machine hire. We mobilise the right crusher for your volume and access, run it with our certified operators and hand over screened stockpiles with full records.

Coastal demolition sites are tight. Our Komplet fleet includes compact jaw crushers that work inside small demolition footprints from Palm Beach duplexes to Coomera civil jobs.

It depends on volume, access and output spec. Most jobs land well under the combined cost of tipping the concrete and buying aggregate back. Use our crushing cost calculator for an instant estimate, then send photos for a firm quote.
Yes. Rebar and mesh are separated during crushing and the steel is recycled. Heavily reinforced material may need prep with a pulveriser, which we include in the quote.
Road base, hardstand, trench and general fill, drainage rock and access tracks. Most clients reuse it on the same site and skip buying quarry product.
From a few hundred tonnes up. For smaller volumes we use compact crushers that work on house blocks; for bulk demolition we run high-production tracked machines.
